We teach new dishes at every class so that you get the very most out of the session and leave feeling inspired and with a bag full of nutritious goodies to head home with. Learning how to season with herbs, spices, citrus zest, and other condiments is the key to preparing dishes that are healthy and tasty. For the experienced cook, each class will expand your repertoire of delectable dishes. Our high-spirited and endlessly creative facilitators will show you how to adapt your favorite recipes to the healthy cooking program. You’ll also have fun experimenting with new methods of cooking.
